箱變分為高壓室，低壓室以及變壓器三個(gè)部分，可按照“目”字型或“品字型排列。

箱體內(nèi)外表面平整、無銹蝕，涂層脫落和磕碰損傷現(xiàn)象，涂料層牢固均勻，無明顯反差反光。

箱體基座和外露金屬件均進(jìn)行防腐、防銹處理，并噴涂耐久的防護(hù)層。

箱體頂蓋裝設(shè)防雨的密封蓋板和方雨檐，雙層結(jié)構(gòu)的箱體頂蓋能防止熱輻射。

箱變門的設(shè)計(jì)尺寸與所裝用的設(shè)備尺寸相配合，箱變門采用內(nèi)鉸鏈，箱體上的門向外開，開啟角度大于90°。

箱體采用不銹鋼板制作，油漆為汽車漆，全部采用鋦漆方式、防煙霧、防濕熱、防霉菌、戶外耐候性能強(qiáng)。光伏發(fā)電站所處區(qū)域

溫度低、溫差大、濕度大、多風(fēng)沙，箱變具備合理的防護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)，防塵結(jié)構(gòu)以及耐低溫性能，能滿足惡劣環(huán)境條件下正常安全運(yùn)行要求。

The box transformer is divided into three parts: a high-voltage chamber, a low-voltage chamber, and a transformer, which can be arranged in the form of "mu" or "pin".

The inner and outer surfaces of the box are flat and free from rust, coating detachment and collision damage. The coating layer is firm and uniform, with no obvious contrast or reflection.

The base of the box and all exposed metal parts are subjected to anti-corrosion and rust prevention treatment, and a durable protective layer is sprayed.

The top cover of the box is equipped with a rainproof sealed cover plate and square rain eaves, and the double-layer structure of the box top cover can prevent thermal radiation.

The design size of the box transformer door should match the size of the equipment installed. The box transformer door adopts an internal hinge, and all doors on the box open outward with an opening angle greater than 90 °.

The box is made of stainless steel plates, and the paint is imported car paint. All of them are made of curium paint, which is anti smoke, anti damp heat, anti mold, and has strong outdoor weather resistance. The photovoltaic power station is located in an area with low temperature, large temperature difference, high humidity, and frequent sandstorms.

The box transformer has a reasonable protective structure, dustproof structure, and low-temperature resistance, which can meet the requirements for normal and safe operation under harsh environmental conditions.
